A fire is 1337. Nothing can stop us now. A sacrifice is taken—freedom to dream. Imagine.

Hello, I’m Graphica; consider me the juxtaposition of uncanny ideas. Currently pursuing my destiny to make things lil’ less perfect and lil’ more interesting. The spectrum of inspiration and interest is a minimalistic glitch, digital neo-impressionism, and avant-garde.

The main goal is to reflect. It could be anything really: history, present, heart or mind.

What was your path to doing what you’re doing now?

Yes, this moment was almost everyone who allowed himself this new tool! After all, everyone knows the feeling of excitement when you can't stop and continue to experiment. You are obsessed with the process!

Did you have an “Aha!” moment when you knew that working with AI was what you wanted to do?

I usually start with a point in mind or a generated piece. Genuinely browsing through existing work, some news or additionally regenerated material. While creating (unperfecting), I question my work or use it to answer my ideas, thought or experience. I love to advocate my work but in my mind only. Many things stay under the curtain, but eventually, I will re-imagine or change my mind and use older materials to bloom current. With AI, it's easy to utilise materials, images and past work. The main goal is to reflect. It could be anything really: history, present, heart or mind.

How does AI influence your way of doing work now?

I feel like it's a good buddy giving a little bit of unexpected chaos to my workflow. Also, being as imaginative as I'm, sometimes it's a fight over what to do first regarding the next piece. So defiantly a decision-making apparatus.

Do you collaborate with other artists?

Yes, from time to time, but only for my pleasure. It seems NFT is not very welcoming of collaboration work unless it's an ultra-famous couple or one of the artists.

As a creative person, do you ever have those moments where you feel like everything you create is just shit?

I think I'm stuck on digesting my cringe, there was a time of zero confidence, but in the end, the JPEGs along the way are what matters. So I push my work regardless and enjoy looking over the time progress.

Is it important to you to be a part of a creative community of people?

Yes and no, I enjoy it, but I feel I'm perfectly tangible with my working surroundings..

Have you taken any significant risks to move forward?

Yes, I quit everything and pursued my "art" "career".

What made you pursue NFT art as a medium?

Ease of use and opportunities to meet people and bypass gatekeepers.

What advice would you give to someone starting in AI art and NFT?

Work HARD, every day, no matter what. Even 1 generation 1 scribble one idea noting. Do something, don't wait!
